fitness challenge (part 3)

day 18 of the fitness challenge, but i havent taken my photo for day 18. so here is day 12 to day 17.

day 12. legs

not toned at all

day 13. cardio


pump out the cardio

day 14. grocery shopping


day 15. arms/biceps


need to work on these babies

day 16. vitamins


two vitamin cs, centrum complete from a to zinc, and more zinc tablets for healthy skin.

day 17. protein
