fitness challenge (part 2)

its now day 11 of the fitness challenge. and lets not talk about how i havent been training as hard since i started the challenge. but ill keep working at it.

day 6. training music


its a working progress the playlist but trying to keep it to all the up beat songs on my phone so it will keep me going.

day 7. motivation


i struggle with this big time. maybe cause its winter and my bed is so warm.

day 8. your gym.


again, another working progress. but basically trying to set up everything in the garage.

day 9. workout clothes


i freeze at the beginning, but once im into it. its better with less clothes. having the privacy of the gym is the garage is a lot better as well.

day 10. fav healthy meal


beef pasta salad, this is a meal much better served on a summer day. as its quite cold.

day 11. your struggles.


said it before, but waking up in the morning for the gym is a big struggle at the moment.
