fitness challenge (part 1)

it's day five of the fitness challenge, so posting the photos as promised from the first five days.

day 1. the swimsuit

swimsuit body. in the new bedroom too ;)

day 2. month goals

day 3. morning fuel

have a small breakfast prior to workout, follow workout with a protein shake and then another breakfast at work. as breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

day 4. workout plan

workout plan that gets written out each day.

day 5. veggies

go through packets of these each week, a lot easier and healthier then most foods.
