1. Cleanse my face morning and night every day, yes im getting better but its still not 100%
2. Exercise more regularly.
3. Brush my teeth twice a day nor floss
4. Thank my mother for the things she actually does for me
5. hang out the washing straight away (i actually need to do that right about now, but fuck it)
6. turn off lights and lock the doors
7. wash the dishes
