what are you eating?

Its funny the different facts you find out about each food, how they can help and how they can not. Here's some I've saved up:

Celery may not taste like much but it increases a man’s sex drive and the effect is immediate. (LOL)

Bacon, salami, hot dogs, sausages and deli meats considerably increases your risk of heart attack and diabetes, due to harmful levels of sodium and preservatives.

Eating fish and poultry can help you have a 10-15 per cent lower risk of developing ovarian cancer.

Eating healthy fats like those we get from fish, nuts, seeds, avocado, olives and coconut can help keep our skin nourished from the inside.

A burst of vitamin C increases collagen and elastine for a glowing face. Therefore you should squeeze lemon or lime into your water or eat kiwi fruits.

Caffeine, sugary drinks and cola take the enamel off your teeth and should be avoided if you want to keep your teeth white.

Eating a apple helps prevent cancer and makes your digestive system run smoothly.

For an instant energy hit, here are some suggestions: almonds, banana, iced tea, vegetable juice

Foods such as beans, avocados, bananas, and nuts contain biotin which is good for stronger and healthier nails. As well as foods that contain iron and vitamin A which includes green leafy vegetables, raisins, cereals, meat, eggs, oranges, and carrots.

Almonds are the perfect snack. They are good for your heart, also fighting age loss and weight gain.

Mushrooms enhance immunity against cancer and other infections. The bacteria found in mushrooms may help support the fight against disease.

so, eat up!
